HIGHLIGHT PROJECTS
ACES of Leeder Hill - Hamden, CT
KGS Associates successfully completed their contract which included all low voltage systems present within the facility. These systems consisted of voice/data, fiber and copper backbones, the PA system, access control, security and stand alone speaker systems. KGS Associates installed a complete Hubbell/Hitachi Solution that included three closets. The new facility has 140,000 square feet under one roof and accommodates 300 students.
CCSU Mid Campus Residence Hall
The new residence hall is the largest on any of the four Connecticut State University campuses. Its features include over 600 beds, a 2,000 square foot fitness facility, a kitchenette on each floor, a large kitchen and living room on the main floor, and houses approximately 150 suite-style rooms, each with a living room and bathroom shared by four students. Each floor has a computer room, game room, and several group study rooms as well as alcoves for one-on-one studying and socializing. Within this massive dorm KGS Associates installed a complete Hubbell/Hitachi Solution which consisted of closet build outs, fiber and copper backbone cabling, a complete CATV system, IP Cameras, Access Control and all Station Cabling.
